th National Cubboree Opening ceremony of 13 National
Cubboree organized by the Sri Lanka Scout Association was held at 16
Colombo St. Thomas 's College Mount Lavinia today at 5 P.M. in the
college premises.The Chief Guest was the His Excellency Sathush Yungin
the Ambassador Republic of South Korea.The Chief Commissioner Mr.
Janaprith Fernando and the Orgernizing Commissioner (Cubs) Ms.Watsala
Wijewicrama grace this occasion.
More than 12000 Cub Scouts from 26 Districts all around the country
participated and camped their awn Schools and followed the same program
simulationsly. The 13th national Cubboree was held at S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia
today. South Korean Ambassador to Sri Lanka Santhush Woonjin
participated in the event as the Cheif Guest while several dignitaries
including the President of the Sri Lanka Scout Association attended the
event.
Cubboree Cultural show
A colourful Cultural show by the students scouts ofSt. Thomas's College Mount Lavinia followed the Cubboree opening Ceremony. The Maldivian Cub Scouts also presented a colourful event.
The second day of the Cubboree started off withbactivities. Ceylon Biscuits Ltd conducted a demonstration on Samapiosha focussing on nutrition. program was implemented in withmagic shows and music. Other activities included Better World Framework activities such as Tide turners Plastic Challange, Massenger of peace, Champions for Nature Challange, Scout go solar Challange. In the activity area, many other activities of skills were carried out. It was a feature that attracted Cub scouts
The Red flower
'Rathu Mala' program of the 13 National Cubboree was held on the. 2nd day Evening in a colourful setting based on the Jungle Story. Mr. Sarath Matararachchi, National Program Commissioner was the Chief Guest. Mrs. Wathsala Wijewickrema, Asst. Chief Commissioner Cubs conducted the Red Flower Program with delightful singing which the Cub scouts enjoyed. Chief Commissioner Mr. Janaprith Fernando, Deputy Chief Commissioner Mr. M. F. S. Muheed were present. The Maldivian Contingent of Cub scouts actively participated in the program.
Cub
Scout Own of 13th National Cubboree was held at 6am today at the
S.Thomas'College premises. The program consisted of Buddhist Christian
Hindu Islamic verses and songs, a moral story, About BP The Cub
Scout Laws . The organising Commissioner took the promise with the

The Around the world program was one of the most awaiting Cubboree program which added a new experience to the Cub Scout Leaders. The Cub Scouts participated in it very enthusiastically there, Cub scouts had the opportunity to visit the countries like India, Maldives, Mexico, UK, USA, Kenya, Australia, South Korea & Brazil. Mr M.F.S Muheed, Deputy Chief commissioner & Dr. Rajeew Peris, International Commissioner were the chief guests. Headquarters commissioners & special commissioners grace this
occasion. More than 12000 Cub Scouts

the 13th National Cubboree with two nights and three day camping
concluded successfully giving memorable and an enjoyable time to Cub
Scouts and Leaders
The 13th National Cubboree organised by the Sri Lanka Scout
Association was held from the 16th to the 18th of September, 2022 at S.
Thomas' College, Bandarawela. The opening ceremony was held
on the 16th of September at the Keble Memorial Hall. Hon. (Major)
Sudarshana Denipitiya, M.P., Chairman Development Committee, Badulla
District graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The Guest of Honour was
Mr. R.M. Ariyadasa, Zonal Director of Education.
Over 500 cub
scouts from the Badulla district camped in the premises along with over
50 cub scout leaders and scout leaders. The Thomian scouts also rallied
around to assist the cub scouts.
ජාතික කබෝරිය
ලංකාවේ පෝතක බාලදක්ෂයින් වසර හතරකට වරක් එකම ස්ථානයකට රුස්කොට පවත්වන කඳවුර ජාතික කබෝරිය නම් වේ. දොළොස් වැනි ජාතික කබෝරිය පැවැත්වීමට බාලදක්ෂ මූලස්ථානය කටයුතු යොදා ඇත. එය පැවැත්වෙන්නේ සහය ප්‍රධාන කොමසාරිස් වත්සලා විජේවික්‍රම මැතිනියගේ සංවිධායකත්වය හා උපදේශකත්වය යටතේය.
දිනය සහ ස්ථානය
දොළොස්වැනි ජාතික කබෝරිය 2019 අප්‍රේල් 6–8 දක්වා ගම්පහ බාලදක්ෂ දිසාවේ වේයන්ගොඩ ජාතික අධ්‍යාපන විද්‍යා පීඨයේ දී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතය. පූර්ණ කාලීනව කඳවුරැ බැඳීමට පෝතක බාලදක්ෂයින් හය දහසකට මෙහි දී අවස්ථාව සැලසේ.
ලෝකඩ පදක්කම අනිවාර්යයි
ලෝකඩ පදක්කම සමත් පෝතක බාලදක්ෂයෝ පමණක් ජාතික කබෝරියට තෝරා ගැනෙති. ඒ අනුව සෑම දිසා සංගමයකම ලෝකඩ තරැව සමත් පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ සංඛ්‍යාව සඳහන් කොට සහභාගි වන පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ ආකේලාවරැන්ගේ නාම ලේඛනය ජාතික බාලදක්ෂ මූලස්ථානයට භාරදිය යුතුය. අයදුම්පත් භාර දීමේ අවසාන දිනය 2019 ජනවාරි 20 වැනිදා ය.
ඔබේ කණ්ඩායම් සූදානම් කරගන්න
පෝතක බාලදක්ෂයින් දස දෙනෙකුට (10) එක් පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ ආචාර්යවරියක හෝ ආචාර්යවරයකු බැගින් සිටීම අනිවාර්ය කොට ඇත. එයට මාපියන් අතරින් තෝරා නොගත යුතුය. කණ්ඩායම් නාම ලේඛන විදුහල්පතිතුමා සහ දිසා කොමසාරිස්තුමා අනුමත කර තිබිය යුතුය. මවුපියන්ගෙන් ලබාගත් අවසර ලිපි වෙනම ගොනු කර තිබිය යුතු අතර ලිපි ගොනුව කණ්ඩායම් භාර ආකේලා ළඟ තිබිය යුතුය.
පෝතක බාලදක්ෂයාගේ සෞඛ්‍ය තත්ත්වය
සංවිධායකයෝ පෝතක බාලදක්ෂයන්ගේ සෞඛ්‍යය පිළිබඳව අවධානයෙන් සිටිය යුතු වෙති. පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ ගැහැනු කණ්ඩායම් භාරව පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ පුහුණු ආචාර්යවරියන් පමණක් කටයුතු කළ යුතු බව ජාතික බාලදක්ෂ මූලස්ථානය නිකුත් කළ චක්‍ර ලේඛයේ දක්වා ඇත.
ශ්‍රි ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ සංගමය සහ ගම්පහ බාලදක්ෂ දිසා ශාඛාව සංවිධානය කල 13 වන ජාතික කබෝරිය මිරිස්වත්ත, හෙනරත්ගොඩ කැප්පෙටිපොළ විද්‍යාලයේදී පැවැත්විය.
ජාතික කබෝරියට සමගාමීව ගාලු දිසාවේ සාන්ත ඇලවීෂියස් විද්‍යාලය ආශ්‍රිතව පෝතක බාලදක්ෂ ක්‍රියාකාරකම්. සාන්ත ඇලවීෂියස් විදුහල, මුස්ලිම් බාලිකා විද්‍යාලය, සියලු සාන්තුවරයන්ගේ විද්‍යාලය (All Saints), මලිදූව ශාරිපුත්‍ර විදුහල යන විද්‍යාල වල පෝතක බාලදක්ෂයන් මෙහිදී කදවුරු බැද ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල නිරත විය. සමාරම්භක උළෙලේ ප්‍රධාන ආරාධිත අමුත්තා ලෙස වත්මන් මාතර දිස්ත්‍රික් සහය දිසා කොමසාරිස් (බාලදක්ෂ) / AIA රක්ෂණ සමාගමේ ජේෂ්ඨ කලාපීය කළමනාකරණාකරු විද්‍යාලයේ කීර්තිමත් ආදි ශිෂ්‍ය ජනාධිපති පදක්කම් ලාභි (President’s Scout) විද්‍යාලයීය හිටපු බාලදක්ෂ නායක ලහිරු පතිරණ මයා සහභාගී විය. විශේෂ අරාධිත අමුත්තා ලෙස ගාලු දිසා බාලදක්ෂ කොමසාරිස් උපුල් කලංසූරිය මහතා , විදුහල්පති අනුර ගමගේ මහතා, නියෝජ්‍ය විදුහල්පති (විෂය බාහිර) හා සහය දිසා බාලදක්ෂ කොමසාරිස් (වැඩසටහන්) ශාන් ජාගොඩ මයා, නියෝජ්‍ය විදුහල්පති ( ප්‍රාථමික අංශය) අතුල රාජපුර මයා ද නියෝජ්‍ය විදුහල්පති (අධ්‍යාපන) ධර්මරත්න මහතා සහ ගාලු දිසාවේ නිලධාර්‍ර්න් මේ අවස්ථාව ට සහභාගී විය.
