10 වන ජාතික බාලදක්ෂ ජම්බෝරියේ නිල ලාංඡනය එළි දැක්වීම
දකුණු කොරියාවේ පැවැත්වෙන 25වන ලෝක බාලදක්ෂ ජම්බෝරිය සඳහා සහභාගී වන ශ්‍රී ලංකා කණ්ඩායමට නිල වශයෙන් ජාතික ධජය පිළිගැන්වීම ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ප්‍රධාන බාලදක්ෂ ජනාධිපති රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා අතින් අද (28) පෙරවරුවේ ජනාධිපති කාර්යාලයේ දී සිදු විය. එමෙන්ම2024 වර්ෂයේ පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත 10වන ජාතික බාලදක්ෂ ජම්බෝරියේ නිල ලාංඡනය එළිදැක්වීම ද මෙහිදී සිදු කෙරිණි.
25 වන ලෝක බාලදක්ෂ ජම්බෝරිය 2023 අගෝස්තු මස 01වන දා සිට 12වන දා දක්වා දකුණු කොරියාවේ Saemangeum හි දී ලොව පුරා බාලදක්ෂ බාලදක්ෂිකාවන් 50,000කගේ සහභාගිත්වයෙන් උත්කර්ෂවත්ව පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත අතර ශ්‍රී ලංකාව නියෝජනය කරමින් බාලදක්ෂ බාලදක්ෂිකාවන් හා නායක නායිකාවන් 177 දෙනෙකු පමණ ඊට එක්වීමට නියමිතය. ශ්‍රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ කණ්ඩායමට මෙහිදී සිය සුබපැතුම් එක් කළ ජනාධිපතිවරයා සඳහන් කළේ 2048 වන විට ශ්‍රී ලංකාවද දකුණු කොරියාව වැනි දියුණු රටක් බවට පත් කිරීම රජයේ අරමුණ බවත් මෙම සංචාරයේ දී ලබන අත්දැකීම් රටේ අනාගතය වෙනුවෙන් ද දායක කර ගැනීමට සියලුදෙනා ක්‍රියා කළයුතු බවත්ය.
ආත්ම විශ්වාසයෙන් යුතු සහ අභියෝගවලට මුහුණදිය හැකි ශක්තිමත් අනාගත පරපුරක් ගොඩනැඟීමට බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරයෙන් ලැබෙන දායකත්වය අගය කළ ජනාධිපතිවරයා එම පුහුණුව රටේ අනාගතය වෙනුවෙන් ඵලදායීව යොදාගන්නා ලෙස ද බාලදක්ෂ බාලදක්ෂිකාවන්ගෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටියේය. ප්‍රධාන බාලදක්ෂ කොමසාරිස් නීතිඥ ජනප්‍රිත් ප්‍රනාන්දු මහතා මෙහිදී අදහස් දක්වමින් කියා සිටියේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරය පුළුල් කිරීමට ජනාධිපති රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා ලබාදුන් උපදෙස් අනුව මෙරට බාලදක්ෂ ව්‍යාපාරයේ සාමාජික සංඛ්‍යාව ලක්ෂයක ඉලක්කය පසුගියදා සම්පූර්ණ කළ බවයි.
මෙහිදී ශ්‍රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ කණ්ඩායමේ නායක, ජාත්‍යන්තර කොමසාරිස්, විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍ය රජීව් පීරිස් මහතා වෙත ජාතික ධජය පිරිනැමුණු අතර ශ්‍රී ලංකා බාලදක්ෂ සංගමයේ සභාපති ශ්‍රීනාත් ගුණරත්න, විධායක කමිටු සභාපති රත්නසිරි පෙරේරා යන මහත්වරු ඇතුළු සංගමයේ කොමසාරිස්වරු හා නිලධාරීන් රැසක් ඊට එක්ව සිටියහ. ජාතික ආරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ ජනාධිපති ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ උපදේශක හා ජනාධිපති කාර්ය මණ්ඩල ප්‍රධානි සාගල රත්නායක මහතා ද මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගී විය.

தென்கொரியாவில் நடைபெறவிருக்கும் 25ஆவது உலக சாரணர் ஜம்போரியில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் இலங்கை அணிக்கு இன்று (28) முற்பகல் இலங்கையின் பிரதம சாரணரான ஜனாதிபதி ரணில் விக்ரமசிங்கவினால் உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக தேசியக் கொடி ஜனாதிபதி அலுவலகத்தில் வைத்து வழங்கி வைக்கப்பட்டது.
2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு நடைபெறவுள்ள தேசிய சாரணர் ஜம்போரியின் உத்தியோகபூர்வ சின்னமும் இதன்போது வெளியிடப்பட்டது.
25ஆவது உலக சாரணர் ஜம்போரி 2023 ஓகஸ்ட் 1 முதல் 12 வரை தென் கொரியாவில் உள்ள Saemangeum இல் நடைபெறவுள்ளதோடு அதில், உலகம் முழுவதிலுமிருந்து 50,000 சாரணியர்கள் இந்நிகழ்வில் பங்கேற்கவுள்ள நிலையில், இலங்கையைப் பிரதிநித்துவப்படுத்தி, 177 சாரணியர்கள், தலைவர், தலைவியர்களும் பங்குபற்றவுள்ளனர்.
இலங்கை சாரணர் குழுவிற்கு வாழ்த்து தெரிவித்த ஜனாதிபதி, 2048 ஆம் ஆண்டளவில் இலங்கையை தென்கொரியா போன்று அபிவிருத்தியடைந்த நாடாக மாற்றுவதே அரசாங்கத்தின் நோக்கமாகும் எனவும், இந்த பயணத்தின் போது பெற்றுக்கொள்ளும் அனுபவங்களை கொண்டு நாட்டின் எதிர்காலத்திற்கு பங்களிப்புச் செய்ய வேண்டுமெனவும் அறிவுறுத்தினார்.
தன்னம்பிக்கை மற்றும் சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்ளக் கூடிய வலுவான எதிர்கால சந்ததியைக் கட்டியெழுப்ப சாரணர் இயக்கம் வழங்கும் பங்களிப்பை பாராட்டிய ஜனாதிபதி, நாட்டின் எதிர்காலத்திற்காக பெற்றுக்கொண்ட பயிற்சியை திறம்பட பயன்படுத்துமாறு சாரணியர்களிடம் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.
இங்கு கருத்து தெரிவித்த பிரதம சாரணர் ஆணையாளர் சட்டத்தரணி ஜனபிரித் பெர்னாண்டோ, இலங்கையில் சாரணர் இயக்கத்தை விரிவுபடுத்துவதற்கு ஜனாதிபதி ரணில் விக்ரமசிங்க வழங்கிய பணிப்புரையின் பிரகாரம், இலங்கையில் சாரணர் இயக்கத்தில் ஒரு இலட்சம் உறுப்பினர்களை இணைத்துக்கொள்ளும் இலக்கு அண்மையில் எட்டப்பட்டிருப்பதாகவும் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார்.

இலங்கை சாரணர் சங்கத்தின் தலைவர் . ஸ்ரீநாத் குணரத்ன, நிறைவேற்றுக் குழு தலைவர் ரத்னசிறி பெரேரா, உட்பட சங்கத்தின் ஆணையாளர்கள் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் உள்ளிட்டோர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு தொடர்பிலான ஜனாதிபதியின் சிரேஷ்ட ஆலோசகரும் ஜனாதிபதி பணிக்குழாம் பிரதானியுமான சாகல ரத்நாயக்கவும் இந்நிகழ்வில் கலந்துகொண்டார்.

The Sri Lankan Scouts participating in the 25th World Scout Jamboree in South Korea had the privilege of meeting President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Presidential Secretariat today (28). On this occasion, the Chief Scout, President Ranil Wickremesinghe officially presented the national flag to the Sri Lankan scout team, symbolizing their representation in the global event. During the gathering, the official logo for the upcoming 10th National Scout Jamboree, scheduled for 2024, was unveiled, adding to the sense of excitement and anticipation among the scouts.
The 25th World Scout Jamboree, taking place from 1st to 12th August 2023 in Saemangeum, South Korea, will witness the participation of 50,000 Girl Scouts from various countries, with approximately 177 Girl Scouts and Leaders representing Sri Lanka.
Addressing the scouts, President Wickremesinghe extended his congratulations and emphasized the government's vision of transforming Sri Lanka into a developed country similar to South Korea by the year 2048. He encouraged all participants to use their experiences gained from this event to contribute meaningfully to the future progress of the nation. Recognizing the valuable role of the scouting movement in shaping a confident and resilient future generation, the President urged the girl scouts to utilize their training effectively for the betterment of the country.
Mr. Janaprith Fernando, the Chief Scout Commissioner, shared that under President Wickremesinghe's guidance to expand the scouting movement in Sri Lanka, the commendable milestone of achieving 100,000 members had recently been accomplished.
The event witnessed the presentation of the national flag by the leader of the Sri Lanka Scout Team to International Commissioner Dr. Rajeev Peiris, in the presence of distinguished commissioners and officials of the Association, including Mr. Srinath Gunaratne, President of the Sri Lanka Scout Association, and Mr. Ratnasiri Perera, Chairman of the Executive Committee. Additionally, Mr. Sagala Ratnayake, Senior Advisor to the President on National Security and Chief of Presidential Staff also graced the occasion.

Sri Lanka Scout Association has invited Scouts (aged 14 to 17) and
adult contingent leaders (+18 years old) from South Africa to
participate in their 10th National Scout Jamboree which will take place
from 20 to 26 February 2024 in the beautiful coastal city of
Trincomalee, located in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka. This event is
expected to bring together over 12,000 local Scouts and more than 1000
Scouts from around the world.
